Which robot vacuum brands do you repair?
We work on iRobot Roomba and Braava, Roborock, Ecovacs, Shark, Eufy, Dreame, Neato, Samsung and most other common brands. We are independent and not an authorized manufacturer service center.
Will a repair void my manufacturer warranty?
If your device is still under manufacturer warranty, we'll recommend you use that first. Independent repair may affect manufacturer coverage, so we'll always tell you before starting.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 2–4 business days. Parts that need to be ordered can add 3–7 days; we'll tell you upfront. Priority 24-hour service is available for many jobs.
What does the $39 diagnostic include?
A full bench test, error readout, inspection of battery, motors and sensors, and a written quote. If you approve the repair, the $39 is credited toward it.
What if the device can't be fixed?
You pay only the diagnostic. We'll return the device or, with your permission, recycle it responsibly at no charge.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — 90 days on parts and workmanship for every repair. See our Refund & Warranty Policy for details.
Do you sell robot vacuums?
No. We focus on repair, maintenance and setup. We're happy to give unbiased advice if you're choosing a new device.
Do you need my app login?
No. We never ask for your account password. For smart-home setups we create accounts in your name with credentials you choose.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on pickup or at the end of an in-home visit. No deposit is required for standard repairs.
Can I ship my robot to you?
Yes. Contact us first for a service number, then ship it insured to our Prospect Park address. Return shipping is quoted with your repair.
Got a robot that stopped cleaning?
