90-day warranty
Every repair is covered for 90 days on the parts we installed and the workmanship. If the same fault returns, we'll fix it at no cost.
What isn't covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage or misuse after the repair.
- Unrelated faults in other components.
- Normal wear items like brushes and filters.
- Devices opened or repaired by others after our service.
Refunds
If we cannot fix a warranty issue, we will refund the repair labor and parts cost for that repair. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable once the diagnostic is performed, except where we made an error. In-home visit refunds are considered case by case if the work did not achieve what was agreed.
How to claim
Contact us with your invoice number or the name on the repair. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
