How a repair works

From first message to a working robot, here's exactly what to expect.

Tell us the problem

Call, email or use the contact form. Share the brand, model and any error code.

Drop off or pickup

Bring it to 83 N 14th St during business hours, or book pickup within Passaic County.

Diagnose & quote

We test it on the bench and send a written quote by text or email. Nothing happens until you approve.

Repair & return

We repair, clean, calibrate and test-run your device, then you collect it with a 90-day warranty.

What we check on every robot

  • Battery health and charge cycle test
  • Drive wheels, encoders and suspension springs
  • Main and side brush motors, bearings, hair wrap
  • Cliff, wall, bumper and LiDAR sensors
  • Dock contacts, evacuation station and airflow
  • Wi-Fi pairing and firmware version

Before returning a device we run a full cleaning cycle in our test room to confirm it navigates correctly.

Before you drop off

Bring the dock

Many faults are in the dock or power supply, so bring both when possible.

Keep your account

We never need your app password. Simply remove the robot from your app if you'd like a fresh setup.

Empty the bin

Please empty the dust bin and water tank. We'll handle the deep clean.
