By using astromech.live or our services you agree to these Terms. The services are provided by Astromech Home Robotics, 83 N 14th St, Prospect Park, NJ 07508, USA.
Quotes and approval
All repairs begin with a diagnostic. We provide a written quote and perform no paid work without your approval. If we discover additional issues, we will contact you before proceeding.
Pricing and payment
Prices on our website are standard rates and may change. Your written quote controls. Payment is due on completion. New Jersey sales tax applies where required.
Unclaimed devices
Please collect repaired devices within 30 days of notification. After 90 days and two attempts to contact you, unclaimed devices may be recycled in accordance with New Jersey law.
In-home visits
Please provide safe access and an adult (18+) present during visits. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $35 fee.
Manufacturer warranties
We are an independent repair business and not affiliated with or authorized by device manufacturers. Independent repair may affect manufacturer warranty coverage.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for loss of data stored on a device.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
